HELIOPORA combines the accuracy and reliability of an industrial UV light projector with a wide range of objectives, enabling precise exposures with almost any pixel size. This makes it an ideal tool for cybergenetics and optogenetics research, where high-resolution imaging under a high-power spotlight is crucial for analyzing genetic data and biological structures.
The connection to a CMOS camera eliminates the need to switch between the projector and microscope, and image recognition software can even be used to realise a closed-loop system. <ul><li>Scrolling availability for larger building areas: PANDIA is designed for moving exposure while calculations are done onboard.</li><li>Stackability for more productivity: The small width of the system allows projectors to be lined up down to very small pixel sizes to build systems with large building areas.</li><li>An open system with unlimited options for customizing: The built-in FPGA allows users to customize their applications or use prepared Software. The onboard FPGA opens up to 7 Gigabytes for image storage, programming logic, and DSP slices for customization.</li><li>Multiple wavelengths for working with multi-materials: two independent illumination modules provide up to three different wavelengths.</li><li>Variability: Pandia comes with a telecentric lens with a pixel size of 7.1um; any other resolutions can be easily realized with custom lens developments in-house at IN-VISION.</li><li>Watercooled system for highest optical power: The optimized water cooling provides full power for all applications – up to 9 watts per wavelength.</li><li>High-Speed Data Interface: Maximum transfer rates are realized using Gigabit Ethernet or an optical data interface, which is flexible, lossless over long distances, and immune to electromagnetic interference. </li><li>Field changeability of the illumination modules: The customer can easily swap out the two LED modules, which does not require further calibration or set-up. HELIOS X - Strongest UV Light Engine for high-speed scrolling

Strongest UV DLP Projector for dynamic exposure, multiple wavelengths and up to 16 watts in the image plane.

Designed to increase the throughput of DLP 3D-printing, Helios combines In-Vision's new proprietary high-power illumination module with high-performance optics. HELIOS is fully built in sub-assemblies for highest accessibility. Replacing the LED of your Light Engine has never been easier. 
With up to 16W of output power, Helios will contribute to more cost-effective prints, enable applications based on new materials, and qualify additive manufacturing further for serial production.

<ul><li>HELIOS S The S stands for “Superpeak” and means that the already high output is increased even further. While the standard version achieves a peak output of 12 W in the image plane, HELIOS S achieves up to 16 W. This value is particularly important when working with resins that require high output or the exposure of large areas. Even with a pixel size of 160 um, the peak intensity reaches over 15mW/cm2.</li></ul>

<ul><li>HELIOS DUO &amp; HELIOS TRIO make it possible to work with up to three different wavelengths in one device With Helios Duo and Helios Trio, it is possible to work with up to three multiple wavelengths from 365 to 405 nanometers. The customer is free to choose between the configurations, with a choice of lenses for pixel sizes from 2 to 162um. The system is water-cooled with a fully encapsulated light path. Robust in design, it can cope with rough production environments where dust and vapours are very hard on optical systems. </li></ul>
