The high-tech company based in Guntramsdorf is thus preparing the structures for further growth. "We have been able to significantly broaden our customer base in recent months and will be supplying companies on five continents in the coming year," explains CEO Hans Florian Zangerl, "we are now positioning ourselves accordingly."

IN-VISION manufactures projection and cinema lenses for high-end applications. However, the largest business segment is UV light projectors, so-called light engines. They are used by the world's leading manufacturers of industrial 3D printers, in metrology and increasingly in bioprinting.

Conversion has no impact on existing contracts and agreements. The company remains wholly owned by CUDOS Group, a globally active, technology-oriented private equity company based in Vienna.
