We are looking for a
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)
Fulltime, Guntramsdorf near Vienna

In this position, you will make a considerable contribution to our product visions at IN-VISION Technologies AG. You will be significantly involved in the development process at the technical interface with our customers.

Your tasks are diverse and require a high degree of goal orientation:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards. Professional management and coordination of the defined project team (electronics, optics, design, quality and operations)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with project goals. Identification of undesirable project developments and timely implementation of appropriate countermeasures
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor project expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.

Your qualifications:

• Technical university degree with focus on electronics, optics, physics, mechatronics, or a similar field
• Relevant experience in a comparable position and a strong interest in product development
• You want to constantly improve and develop yourself and technology is in your DNA
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• You want to make a difference and have a pioneering spirit

The monthly gross salary is defined by the Austrian collective bargaining agreement for 38,5 hours per week (starting from EUR 3.802,93). Additional payment will be granted according to skills and experience.

IN-VISION Technologies AG develops and manufactures high-precision optical systems for industrial applications in Guntramsdorf, Austria and Boston MA, USA. The company is a technology leader in 3D-printing and cooperates with world leaders in metrology and lithography. The production of the high-end optics takes place at the company headquarters in Guntramsdorf, south of Vienna, where more than 50 people are employed.
