We are looking for a
SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER (m/f/d)
Guntramsdorf near Vienna
In this position, you will make a significant contribution to our product vision at IN-VISION Technologies AG and also play a key role in development.
Your tasks are diverse and require a high level of creativity:
- Constructive development of new products and the associated testing and manufacturing equipment
- Project member in the product development process in cooperation with the other departments
- 3D design of complete devices, assemblies and individual parts
- Independent detail design and constructive elaboration of improvements
- Preparation of drawings in accordance with standards and production requirements
- Lead engineer on design program and member in the project team with electronics, optics and project leader
- Validate design with various testing methods and studies.

Your qualifications:
- Completed technical training and 2+ years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- High technical knowledge and skills in design is preferred.
- High understanding in mechanical components, mechanical design and systems, manufacturing methods and technical drawings.
- 3D-CAD Creo knowledge and experience with Windchill or similar PLM system
- Structured way of working, high degree of independence and commitment
- Creativity and an affinity for industrial design
- Experience in the product design process and related tools
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English

IN-VISION Technologies AG develops and manufactures high-precision optical systems for industrial applications in Guntramsdorf, Austria and Boston MA, USA. The company is a technology leader in 3D-printing and cooperates with world leaders in metrology and lithography. The production of the high-end optics takes place at the company headquarters in Guntramsdorf, south of Vienna, where more than 70 people are employed.
