Mechanical Design

Our mechanical design group makes sure the product itself is robust and easy to assembly, also in serial production. Our designers regularly come up with innovative approaches so that In-Vision may manufacture a product fully aligned with the needs of the customers. In wafer lithography for example, we have developed a piezo-empowered focus mechanism that adjust the focus of the optical system to a level of 2µm on a 50 Hertz basis.

The mechanical designers mostly work on Creo software and dedicated programs for multi-physics simulations (thermal, fluid and mechanical simulations amongst others). All product revisions or versions are documented meticulously in our Product Lifecycle Management software Windchill.
