We are looking for a

BOOKKEEPER (m/f/d)

Part-time (25 hours), Guntramsdorf near Vienna

In this position, you will make a significant contribution to our product vision at IN-VISION Technologies AG and also play a key role in the growth of our company.

Your tasks are varied and require a high degree of goal orientation:

• Operational cooperation as well as control of ongoing bookkeeping incl. accounting activities
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) including closing entries and account reconciliation
• First point of contact for the accounting colleagues in the team
• Responsibility for and control of asset accounting and dunning procedures
• Ongoing advance VAT returns, Intrastat and recapitulative statements
• Contact person for tax consultants, auditors and banks
• Monthly change reports to external payroll accounting, corrections to time recording (BMD)
• Communication with internal departments, customers and suppliers

What you should bring with you:

• Completed accounting training and successfully passed the accountant exam
• Ideally 4 to 7 years of professional experience in accounting
• Independent, precise working style, high affinity for numbers, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of English is an advantage
• Abas ERP knowledge an advantage
• Experience in a production company desirable

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement for the metalworking industry is EUR 3.591,87 per month based on 38.5 hours per week. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer a corresponding overpayment.
